New York and London, September 25, 2018 – alva, the leading solution provider for integrated Reputation Intelligence, today announced the appointment of Alex Hughes, a seasoned executive in the client success and information services sector, as Chief Operations Officer.

Hughes recently departed his post as Vice President and Head of Client Services for Research Now. He formerly served as Vice President of Global Head and Client Service for RMS, managing RMS’ Client Support teams as well as providing leadership and strategic thinking to build and maintain service excellence. Hughes worked in various divisions at Thomson Reuters, serving as Head of Treasury and Head of Customer Support. Alex attended Yale School of Management, Haas School of Business at the University of California as well as the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
