Partnerships Director

The Role

You will be responsible for managing alva’s existing partners and support alva’s CEO with the acquisition of new partners. You will take ownership of effectively managing the portfolio of existing partnerships (agencies, professionals services, business information providers) and proactively identify opportunities to expand on the services provided to them.

You will have personally demonstrated solution-selling experience, including partnership development strategies, providing strong leadership and hands-on partnership management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a strategic partnership development plan annually
  • Managing day-to-day interaction with partners
  • Be the interface between the partners and the different alva teams
  • Retain and grow existing partnership revenue
  • Identify new revenue opportunities with existing partners
  • Identify and recruit new strategic partner organisations
  • Follow a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
  • Negotiate deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners


  • Manage, retain, and grow by 25% all existing partnerships
  • Sign up at least one new partnership per quarter
  • Obtain certification of the alva solution quarterly

  • Annual basic salary – up to £60k, based on previous experience
