Public and employee safety receives much less attention this week, as companies increasingly focus on ESG announcements and projecting a return to business as usual. If a predicted second spike occurs, stakeholder attitudes are likely to shift again in favour of safety, leaving firms exposed to reputational risk if their health focus is found wanting.
